He’s Filled 600 Potholes in Memory of His Son
There are over 10,000 potholes in Mumbai’s streets, and if Dadarao Bilhore could fill them all, he would. In July 2015, as floods ravaged the city, Dadarao’s 16-year-old son died in a motorcycle accident on a severely damaged road.
