  Probably not, a lot of TV is setup. Think about it logically, the hoops it has to go through for something this mundane and trivial to get this far (if it were real).... surely someone would have said, 'Its your ZIP code'.

  If my grandmother thought a letter from my 6 year old son to her was a death threat, we would reassure her and feel sorry for her failing mental state. We wouldn't say, "hey, I bet this would make for some great Television" and publicly embarrass her.
