Unusual sound being used in the Swedish language
The word for 'yes' in most of Sweden is 'ja', but in the north of the country a unique sound is used instead, as The Local's Oliver Gee discovered in the city of Umeå.

It is a sound I make when listening to a long monologue, to make the person talking know that I am still listening and agreeing with the sentiment! :)
