He's very skilled, obviously, but two problems with this method: 1. The claim about 100% accuracy and no defects is bogus. I work in the quality profession and every process in the world has variation, especially human ones! 2. The production speed / capacity is very low. 3 minutes per tank! Unless the production quantities are also very low, this is a very inefficient method.
