I don't think this is a fail. Seems more like an intentionally humorous way of getting a point across.

  I'm thinking the same hey. Was pretty funny. But I didn't find myself laughing "at" him like most fails. I found myself laughing at the video instead. I'm leaning towards that this is intentional also.

If u watch some other videos of this guy u can see its intentional indeed. But this video made me laugh so hard :D U should check out some of his other vids also if u wanna have a good laugh xD
