  Reminds me of the old 'Bullshit' episode when they gave all these exotic waters to people who are really picky about water. They described all the different waters with a great amount of poetry. Yet they were all filled with the same garden hose in the back.

  While maybe a sommelier is excessive, water does have taste, and different springs do have different tastes. Here in Italy most people drink bottled spring water, and there's really a big difference between some springs.
