For those of you who are confused, here's what happens: The girl states that her bag was stolen by the guy. Inside the bag was: $50, an ear piece, some gift cards, her IDs, etc. The boy says: "There was no ear piece in there, ma'am" He essentially admits to stealing the bag by mentioning this, and is charged by JJ.
