The Argania tree is not the most aesthetically pleasing plant in the world with a rough, thorny bark and gangly, crooked branches. But these Moroccan trees still tend to attract admirers, thanks in large part to the hordes of goats that can usually be found perching in them.
Seattle, Washington - On August 10, 2018, a Horizon Air Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 aircraft registered N449QX was stolen from Seattle–Tacoma International Airport with no passengers on board, prompting F15 fighter jets to scramble and intercept the aircraft. After being contacted by Seattle/Tacoma air traffic control, the aircraft crashed near Ketron Island in Pierce County, Washington, killing the pilot.
