Blind Kellar Plays Fetch
Kellar was originally trained to play ball with the commands "hot" and "cold". We later added "warmer", "passed it", "left" and "right". The process took about a week for the basic commands.

my brains tell me that the dog is laughing with the commands of his human. im more convinced that the dog hears the ball hit the ground few times and then just smells it.. wich makes it even more impressive !

It will be a mixture. Dogs can and do respond to voice commands. In the case of a blind dog, it will most likely be more responsive. A good trainer can easily teach a dog simple voice commands.
